1. Galvanised sheet SECC
The basic material of SECC is a general cold-rolled coil, which is degreased, pickled and plated in a continuous electro-galvanising line, transformed into phosphate treated goods and various post-process treatments. It has a strong competitive ability and substitution in the electronic equipment, electrical products and household market.
2. General cold-rolled sheet SPCC
SPCC is the continuous cold rolling of cast steel parts into coils or sheets of the required thickness according to the cold rolling mill. It has a red rust stain and should be painted, sheet metal designed for plating or other safeguards throughout the application process.
3. Hot dipped galvanised thick steel SGCC
Hot dipped galvanised coil steel means semi-finished processing after pickling or hot rolling, sheet metal bending through water cleaning, quenching, infiltration into a molten zinc bath at approximately 460°C, followed by a hot-dip galvanised layer on the steel, followed by quenching and carrying out a flow calming organic chemical solution. Sheet metal cabinets SGCC raw materials are harder and less malleable than SECC materials (preventing deep punching design solutions), with a thicker zinc layer and weaker weldability.
4. Stainless steel SUS304
Is one of the commonly used stainless steel, because it includes nickel (Ni) than the steel containing magnesium (Cr) more resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. It has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment process and hard bottoming, are not ductile.
5. Stainless steel SUS301
Chromium (Cr) composition is less than SUS304, corrosion resistance is poor. However, after cold drawing, in the whole process of die-casting can get a better tensile strength and strength, and excellent ductility. It is suitable for torsion springs and EMI.
